Visiting Bohol would not be complete without dining at the now famous Floating restaurants in Loboc River
The cruise starts at the Loay Bridge
Food is serve buffet style at Php300 per head inclusive of drinks.
The food is not much and not that good but the experience compensates it.
There are numbers of floating restaurant to choose from, we pick the Long River Cruise, recomended by our driver
The cruise lasted for almost an hour back and forth..
diners are treated to a song and dance number by a local rondalla group housed under a floating cottage. the boat have even their own singers on board.
The Loboc zipline crosses the river.
It was really relaxing not until the rain poured down heavily that you can't see anything from afar.
..the effect of the rain , water turns to color brown
That's the Museum de Loboc seen from the otherside of the river
The trip ends at Busay falls which is only one and half meter at most, floats cannot go further beyond this point. after stopping for a while return trip starts.
On the way out , be seranaded with the Loboc Rondalla.
