The tallest tower in the world!!
Tallest among the tall!!!
At the lobby/waiting area you will find a glass replica of the building and informations and facts.
These pictures tells all:
When the weather is good you can see the Gulf sea and Arabian sand dunes.. too bad the weather didn't cooperate with me when i went there. I was really disappointed because you can't see much. Notice the pictures, it's like foggy but actually that's sand.
Pictures taken At the Top during the day....
and at night time... that's the dancing fountain of the dubai mall.
We went up around 5pm and stayed their until the sunset so we can see the view both day and night.
If you want to have a souvenir photo you can asked any of the uniformed official photogaphers like this one.
and get it on your way out,
but of course you can bring your own cam. here is a sample photo taken by the official photographer (free promotion.. LOL!!!)
(with Larry,my new friend cum tour guide)
we didin't pay for it because he used my own camera :) :). They are not allowed to do that actually but since we were on that spot where they (official photographers) usually take souvenir shots he said that he can take ours for free plus his supervisor wasn't around at that time, lukcy us.. HAHAHA!!
On the way out, going back to where you started , there is an interactive multimedia exhibits showing how the tower was planned, built and who are behind it
this is one of the longest escalators i have ever seen.. that's the way going back to dubai mall, back to the lobby.
And not to forget the imposing picture of their ruler, Al Maktuom
By the way the ticket counter and entrance is via the Dubai Mall, Lower ground level. Ticket is Dhs100.
