We stayed in one of their villas at Orchard Lane Suites. The Villa is good enough for eight adults. There are two queen size beds inside the room and two sofa bed with pull out in the sitting/TV area. Another plus point is the fully furnished kitchen, it has all the wares needed complete with microwave. Pans can be requested if there are not yet any in the villa, just call the reception and they will deliver it right at your villa.
This premier resort that was built along the scenic Taal Lake in Talisay is very popular for wedding destination. Proof is the wedding caravan that was on stage during our visit. They say that from time to time wedding caravans are being held here. The church was beautifully decorated just for the event. Some famous Philippine personalities have had their personal events here.
There are three pools to choose from: the Terraza Pool near the resort's clubhouse, the Talisay Garden Pool and the biggest among the three, The Kumintang Pool. Sports and Recreational facilities are also readily available that also includes water sports like kayak, surf bike, banana boat and jet ski just inquire at the Reception and Business Center. For nature lovers, they offer trekking or just have fun at the obstacle course. Bikes are also available for rent if one wishes to see the entire nine- hectare- resort without much walking. The resort's many function halls is good is good for corporate meetings and team building.
Food is never a problem here. If one wishes to just relax without fuss in bringing in foods and cooking they can just choose to eat at the Terraza restaurant or at The Kape Kumintang. Or maybe try their Isabel Organic Cafe and herbal bar. I was able to taste the local delicacies and fresh fruit shake at the Kumintang Kape. It was delicious. My guess is that they get some of their ingredients from the many fruit bearing trees in the resort. I actually saw one staff picking fruits.
